She is so knowledgeable, spiritual, loving, healing, understanding and caring, and all of these amazing qualities shine brightest when she is working with her moms. Anat was there for us every step of the way during the childbirth process, making sure my wife was comfortable and listened to all along the way. Anat is truly a healer that will be your biggest advocate in the delivery room, and I am so truly grateful that we were able to share this experience with her. Also, it is so helpful that Anat is also a Reiki Master and also an EMT -- she has such a wide knowledge base that is so applicable to every area of pregnancy and child birth.

We were on the fence about hiring a Doula to begin with, and of course we are so happy we did and we could not recommend Anat enough -- she is simply magical! We love you and thank you so much Anat!

  We hired Anat as our doula for the birth of our second child. After a terrible experience with the delivery of our first baby 2 years ago, we knew we... read more wanted to hire doula for the next delivery. Hiring Anat was the best decision we could have made. Our experience this time around was completely different.
In the months leading up to the due date, she spent time educating us and answering any questions we have. She addressed all the issues we faced with the delivery of our first born. Most importantly, she built up our confidence and we felt ready to take on labor.
As labor approached, Anat checked in regularly. She took calls and texts at all hours to answer any questions that arose. She was there every step of the way.
Finally, when the day came to go to the hospital, Anat was our rock. She helped us labor without an epidural, doing everything she could to help with pain management. The labor and delivery could not have gone smoother. We delivered a healthy baby boy and we're discharged from the hospital less than 24 hours later.
If you understood the issues that arose during the birth of our first born, from the mistakes the hospital made to the 7 hours of pushing and months of physical therapy after birth, then you would truly appreciate the difference that Anat made. Thanks to her services as a doula, we are no longer afraid of labor and are ready to have more kids.
We are so thankful to have found her and highly highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula.

  Where do I even begin? Anat is truly a rare soul, a kind and giving woman who made my delivery experience the most positive I could ever wish for. I... read more cannot imagine how my delivery would've been as special without her.

The information I received from Anat via our meetings with her pre-delivery was so useful and really got us in the headspace for what's to come.

When delivery day came (3 weeks early) Anat was at the hospital within less than an hour from the moment I called her. At the hospital, her positive energy, patience, massages, generosity, and caring for not only me but also my husband, guided us beautifully through more than 8 hours before the birth actually began. Her expertise helped me make decisions and take actions wholeheartedly before, during and after the delivery. Once our baby boy was born, Anat stuck around until she made sure we were all happy and our boy was breastfeeding. Throughout almost 12 hours at the hospital, Anat was calm, collected and gave us 100% of her attention. When I suggested she should take a nap about 7 hours into the day, she said she'd never take her eyes off of me today. She was also fantastic at making sure my husband felt special, cared for, and more a part of the experience than I think he would've felt otherwise.

A couple of days after the delivery, Anat came to our house to make sure I'm nursing well, spent hours with me answering questions, providing tips, organizing the nursery, and making sure all of my needs, physical and emotional, were met.

Anat, our entire family is endlessly thankful for having you and we will definitely hold you close to our hearts forever.

At first i was skeptical and didn't really understand why a doula is needed when giving birth... read more and thought a midwife is enough. After the experience we had with our daughters birth I realized how important Anat was in this amazing birth experience.
Anat guided us throughout the process and arrived as soon as we needed her help and we were closer to the birth. Anat helped sooth contractions and kept the environment calm and relaxing. Anat arrived before the midwife and now we understand how blessed we were to have her with us in this amazing experience. Baby decided to come a bit sooner than expected and Anat helped deliver the baby even though it was not her job description. The midwife arrived just for the delivery of the placenta when the baby was already safe in mom's arms.

Anat has a confident and spiritual demeanor. As with pregnancy and birth, the experience already feels "other worldly" and Anat brought perfect harmony to my birthing process with her positive energy and extensive knowledge of birthing, pre and post-natal care, and infant care. She provided me with valuable advice on things I didn't even know to ask about and was available for just about anything I needed.

After my contractions began to intensify, Anat came over to my home and helped me through motion and massage therapy. She kept me out of the hospital until it was necessary and accompanied me there. Anat never left my side and I loved that she got my husband engaged and taught him what she was doing (it was a long labor and I needed both of them)! Needless to say, it was also special for him to know he was helping me. She made sure that my wishes were respected, that my birth plan was honored (as long as safety wasn't an issue), and helped ease my anxieties. With Anat as my doula, I eventually gave birth to a healthy baby the way I had hoped - naturally, free of pain medicine, and without complications. Thank you Anat for being incredible and empowering women to have positive birth stories! You are amazing!

  I wanted to give a natural birth without an epidural so I decided to find a Doula. I asked my doctor and he recommended me about Anat.
We met to see... read more if we match and after 5 minutes I already knew I want her to be my Doula.
I was impressed by her knowledge, calmed by her energy and loved her personality. We met few more times after that and she shared with me very important information about the labor and delivery process and answered my questions.
Few weeks after we met I felt contractions and called her. She guided me about what's going to happen and made me feel secure. Later she came to my house and after an hour we went to the hospital. When I arrived I had 5cm opening and the contractions were getting stronger and more frequent.
Anat guided me through every contraction, she was like a calming angel during this massive pain and thanks to her I almost made it without Epidural but right before the pushing I couldn't handle the pain and asked for it. She respected my choice and made me feel like an hero that I made it that far.
The whole labor took 3 hours + 10 minutes of pushing.
She was everything that I wanted and much more.

  I met Anat few years ago as a baby yoga instructor while I babysat my cousin. She had something about her that drew everyone and made a whole room feel... read more comfortable. When I got pregnant I had no doubt I'll be using Anat as my doula. My husband had a harder time understanding the concept of a doula and an OBGYN. Anat met with us together for the first time and spent 3 hours with us. Anar explained her role in the process, what should we expect during the process, asked what we expect from her and answered all questions we had. After we decided to move forward with her we met two additional times prior to the delivery day. She was always available to answer all our questions and called periodically to check in on us. On the day of the labor my water broke and my first call was to Anat. She was calm and informative. She guided me what to do and made sure I was okay. We met at the hospital. She came in with a big smile, positive energy, coffee and bagels for my husband and I. During the labor process Anat was so supportive for my husband and I. My husband was so thankful to have her with us. She explained everything the medical team was doing. She made sure we were always comfortable. She took turns with my husband which gave him time to rest before craziness started. She made OUR experience so much better. After I gave birth Anat stayed until I felt comfortable. She came to visit me at home few days after the I gave birth and was there to answer all my questions.
Anat is the perfect combination between holistic and practical doula. Her energy and smile is contagious. I can't recommend her enough! If you are considering having a doula to walk you through this magical process, meet  Anat.
